CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

We have a 7 days return policy upon delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions;-

1. We only accept returned goods for:
    - manufacturing defect product
    - incorrect product sent.

2. Please contact us by message(whatsapp/wechat) or email within 3 working days of receipt and provide description and photos of the product accompanied with original packing. Returned products must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of goods.

3. To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging . All product must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unused and have all tags (if available) attached in its original packaging. 

4. We are not liable for return lost in transit; please ensure that the return parcel is package properly and you are encouraged to use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking system when sending the return. Please keeps the return shipping receipt properly. We will only pay flat rate at RM6 for the shipping fee for those unable to present receipt.

This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable*. All policy is subject to availability. In the event that the exchangeable item is out of stock, customer can opt for a full refund.
